Drop Down Names doesn't appear

I have all my members entered but when they try to sign in, there is no drop down menu to choose their name from.
So no one has been able to sign in.

The members that opted-in received a welcome email that gave them instructions on how to set their password. If they did not do that or forgot their password have them follow these instructions

The explanation you wrote does not help. You answered, How do members sign in to the website. I know how to sign in. I did it all the time when I was a member of another club. I also managed the website there. I moved.

The problem is that the drop down menue for members names DOESN't work. When I signed in to the website at another a club I joined, I began typing my name and then my name would appear in a drop down menu and I would select it and move on. When I sign in as a member on this new site - nothing happens and I can't get in. I can get in as an admin.

Also, 5 members haven't opted in. I opted in for them using the forwarded email the website provides. Then I went in and changed their email. For the 6th person, I chose to enter their email and see if they will opt in. They haven't as yet.

I have tested and the 5 members that have opted-in the drop down works correctly.
As they type the first 4 letters of their name it will show their name.
I type in deli and Delisa shows up.
