Just elaborating a bit on what Brian was pointing out. It is a known issue with some webmail and email systems (not FTH) that they cache the the descriptive "display names" and display them over and over again even if they should refreshing them for the current email. We run into this issue because all of the FTH emails come from server@toastmastersclubs.org so if you are getting emails from multiple clubs, your email system may continue to show the display name from the first club you ever got an FTH email from. (some systems fail to refresh and update the display names)

For example, see answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/for...d4-a81b-72ceb3370237 Gmail has the same issue.

One workaround for this is to create an explicit contact entry for server@toastmastersclubs.org where you can set the display name whatever way you want. Keep in mind though that it will show for all clubs you are getting email for.
