Can names be typed in for Roles as when a Guest visit and performs a Role?

Just add a "dummy" member called something like Guest in Membership Management. Use curly brackets around the name: {Guest} so that it goes to the bottom of the list (out of the way). Leave the email address blank Your site admin will get an email to opt-in for the dummy member - make sure they know to expect it and choose to opt in.

In the agenda assign the role to {Guest}. You can add the actual name into the role title or role description. You can reuse this in future agendas for Area Director visits or other guests
