Email Domain Issue

Does FTH blacklist any email domains. One of our club members has his own domain name and he is no longer receiving emails to his registered email address. This stopped working about 3 weeks ago. He also sent an email to the club today and it was not delivered. No error messages are received in either situation. Jay

Did get an error message to an email I just sent. Error was:
jhfm@josefmartens.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)
This email works fine when sent directly to him without going through FTH. Jay

josefmartens.com is hosted in a datacetner that has spammed FTH many times and was blocked. I have removed the block for his mail server.
