Ok, I have confirmed that you have misspelled Bob's last name and his email address. It is Fraser, not Frazer.
Email address should be bobmfraser@gmail.com , not bobmfrazer@gmail.com

I found his Facebook page and cross checked the phone number on his Facebook page against that in Mbr Mgt to confirm I had the right guy. p.facebook.com/bobmfrasercoaching/ Check the email address on his Facebook page...

Conclusion: User Error :whistle:
