Steve---Bob is receiving personal emails from me just fine with the email, bobmfrazer@gmail.com
not sure why it's saying invalid...

still...no luck with the last few people getting an email....I notice most have gmail accounts..

I have 3 different approaches, including 1 system approach, and 2 non-system approaches, saying that this mailbox does not exist. Check for typos/spelling errors.

pamela.prokop@securian.com - Our logs do not show any emails being sent to this person whatsoever.

You will get that if you attempt to enter a duplicate record in Mbr Mgt. Either delete Bob's record and reenter it, or just update his email address and re-send the Opt-in Email.
