I would like to add guests to the agenda but even adding the person and their email under friends/affiliates (and they have accepted the invite), I am still unable to find them name in the drop down list. Please advise.

Thanks,

We do not support non members on the agenda.

You can add a dummy member called "Guest" and assign the Guest to the role.

Hi Brian,
Is this something that could be considered updating simply because we have guest speakers that come often or hold joint meetings with other clubs and they often take on roles.

Regards,
NG

Sorry no.

If you want them to show on the agenda then they have to be members, or use the Dummy Guest member like thousands of clubs do.

If you use a dummy member (e.g. Guest), you can always edit the role title or description in the specific agenda to include the actual name, e.g. "Speaker #1 - Joe Bloggs"
