@althouse.ws appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address

We have been receiving error messages for an email address that is valid and deliverable outside of FTH. The domain is althouse.ws The bounce text (with the recipient's name redacted) is:

________@althouse.ws appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

*** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***

If you believe this warning is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message.

I'm hoping you can let me know what's up and appreciate your time and effort. I am happy to provide the local-part of the address construct if needed.

2 things with irene's email
1) it takes a long time to respond not uncommon in shared hosting.

2) it is hosted in a datacenter that spams FTH and was blocked. I have unblocked for now. I may be blocked in the future again.
