Meeting Reports feature malfunctioning: logs user out

I've tried to run a Member Role Report a few times, logged in as myself, and also as the site administrator. When I select "Run/Download", no report is shown and it logs me out. Please see the attached screenshot. Thank you in advance for your time and help.
