user cant's save notes under the create/edit section

Hi one of our members,

user cant's save notes under the create/edit section. She can't do it, and when I log in and Select her name I can't save notes under name/profile. If I do the same for myself or other members it's fine.

Let me know if you have seen this issue before and how to fix.

What do you mean by this? Don't understand what you are referring to...

in this area(see attached image), the member can't save notes

I'm not sure exactly what the issue is
Members can only save notes for themselves (unless they have edit rights for the agenda)

Members can't add notes to an agenda that is in the past

If the member is trying to save notes for him/her self in a future agenda - what is the error? If they are being logged out of the system, get them to check their cookie settings as per this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

If that doesn't help, please tell us the first or last name of the member / the date of the agenda and the error message/

Meeting Agenda for December 17, 2019
There no errors showing up, it's just not saving
Also if I log in and try to save the notes under her name the same thing happens, which is nothing
but If I save for notes for another member and myself it works..
