Member not able to access mebers only page.

Hi, hope you can help.

1. I have a member who is trying to logon to mebers page o the website and she is getting the message ' admin approval'. She has approval everywhere don't know what is missing?
Her name is Judy Henry and she is the VPM of our club, her email is: judyhenry01@gmail.com

Also, I have lost the photos from my website. Any clues how I might be able to retrieve them?

is displayed on the login form regardless of whether you are a member or not - at that stage the system doesn't know who you are.

If she just types in the first few letters of her name, her full name will show up, she should click on that to load it into the "name" box, then enter her password. If she can't remember her password, she should leave that blank and check for an email link after clicking the authenticate/login box.

To find your photos: Click on the image icon on your page (in edit mode). Click "browse server" on the popup screen that appears. If someone has deleted the images, they will have to be loaded to the server again

1) without your club number we cannot assist you about you pictures.

2) Judy need to type Judy and a space and her name will pop up.
