Club member not receiving agenda emails from site

Hi! I have a club member who has approved her contact information for our FreeToastHost site, yet every time I send out the club agenda from the site, she does not get it. The site seems to think she did not give complete permission to email her information from the site and I was wondering if there was a way to reset her so she can give her complete permission. As it is, I am having to manually send her a copy of each agenda from my own email to the same email address she has on the club site.
