Undelete accidently deleted agenda (#7418611)

We have an agenda for an upcoming club meeting that has been deleted. It has volunteers that have already signed up for some of the available roles. This particular agenda was accidently deleted along with two others that were intentional. The two that were intentionally are listed in the drop-down to Undelete however the agenda that was deleted by mistake is not.

To test, I ran the Undelete on those and others to see if it would cause the one I want to appear. I thought maybe the dropdown hit a threshold or something in the list and by doing this it would become available so I could undelete however it did not. I have searched documentation and ran the feature in both the Member login and the Admin portal. Please advise on how I can find and get the agenda back. Thank you!

You need to be more specific... "upcoming club meeting" does not tell us much.

I am not sure how much more specific I need to be. Strike "upcoming club meeting" if that information confuses things. Please advise.

I have an agenda that was deleted by mistake. I would like to undelete since members have already entered notes, etc., but it does not appear in the drop down list of deleted agendas so I can select and click Undelete.


I am pretty sure we are not the first club to experience not being able to Undelete an agenda. The message states agendas can be Undeleted within 30 days. The attempt to delete was initially made within 30 minutes.
"....You can undelete it for up to 30 days from now."

That is unless you created multiple agendas for the same date.
If the agenda you are looking for is not listed in the deleted then it is gone.

Also there is no way to ACCIDENTALLY or by MISTAKE delete an agenda some one had to type the word DELETE. That makes it a purposeful action.

No, there was only one agenda created and deleted for Dec 17th. When it was deleted, we thought the Dec 24th and 31st agendas were being deleted. Afterwards, it was noticed the 17th was gone also. It was truly a mistake. Moving forward, we now know the statement stating 30 days to undelete is not necessary true

No it is 30 days (or greater)... I know ... I coded it that way.

I see 11 deleted meetings (agendas) in the database for the following dates... some dates have multiple deleted agendas:
