Hi,

My club (Brooklyn Heights Toastmasters 4545 based in NYC) is in the process of switching from our current domain " www.heightstoastmasters.com/ " to the freetoasthost alias: brooklynheights.toastmastersclubs.org/

1) How do we update our club E-mail Addresses from the old domain ie user@heightstoastmasters.com to user@bkheightstoastmasters.org or another custom email address thats consistent with our alias?

2) How can we maintain our SEO?
Is there anything we can do so that searchers can easily find this new domain when they look for heights toastmasters?

Please refer to the documentation on changing from a domain name to an alias here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/d...tical-considerations
Make sure that your website URL is changed in Club Central on the TI website, and any other links to your domain name should be changed
Your email addresses will become user-XXXX@toastmastersclubs.org, where XXXX is your club number.
Log in to your website now using your club number XXXX@toastmastersclubs.org (that works whether you are using your custom domain or alias) and look at your club email addresses. That shows the default addresses for your club when using an alias or club number. Custom addresses follow the same format.
