Reconcile not working

Hi, I'm with Thrive Toastmasters Club#: 7157078. When I update past agendas, the reconcile checkbox is not working. I check it and click save and it immediately unchecked. I have tried closing my browser session and completely restarting my machine.

I am using Safari on macOS 10.15.1
