Sign Up Notifications

I just took over as my club President. I'm trying to work on notifications that when a members signs up for a role, an email goes out to the VP of Education, the Toastmaster, General Evaluator as well as the President.
Now, I feel I did what is supposed to be done but I don't see any emails going out.

Since you did not provide your club number we cannot assist you. Without your club number we cannot see what you have done.
