Email address change - need new admin login credentials

As site admin for my club's FTH website, I had the login credentials, but they are saved in my old email, which I no longer have access to. How would I get a new Admin login, and be able to change the site admin to my new email address in the website?

1) we always need your club number.

2) use the admin change request located here.
