Not Receiving Notification Emails

I am the vpe for club 8310. I am not receiving notifications when a member signs up or drops a role. There was a problem with my email address in the past. my email address is rileymj@zilchworks.com and it works. My website zilchworks.com is on a shared hosting server. Please let me know if there is anything more information you need.

I just tried sending an email to vpe-8310@toastmastersclubs.org and it came through just fine. I do not understand why I am not receiving agenda change notifications. I have enabled "President and VP Education" to be alerted of changes. Is there anything I can check?

Role confirmations are not enabled in your Master Agenda settings.

Hi Brian,

We have never enabled "Confirmations" within our Master Agenda settings. About six months ago I realized I could go into the Notifications Settings of the Master Agenda and assign people to receive notifications when members did any of the following:

  • indicate ATTENDING
  • indicate NOT ATTENDING
  • TAKES a role
  • DROPS a role

This is a great feature and was working well. At some point (sorry I do not remember) this functionality stopped working.

I have attached an screen shot of the current Notifications Setting from our master Agreement.

Would you please verify this functionality is working for your Cataraqui Valley Toastmasters Club #9560 www.catval.com .

Are there any logs that can be looked at to see if emails have been sent when club 8310 members TAKE or DROP roles?
I know this was working in the past.
