Cannot access some resources - 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

Hello, I'm working on my first lesson Presentation Mastery 1: Ice Breaker, and on the "Your Evaluation" page, there are two links to the PDF resources ("Evaluation Resource" and "Print My Project") that are not working for me.
When I click on them, I see 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied error page.
The third link, "Ice Breaker Speech Outline Worksheet" is working ok and pdf is opened:
