Former Member receiving attendance emails

I found another post on this topic, but no information on how to fix it and post was now locked. Cannot seem to find information on it, (Private information below redacted). This member is listed as a "former member". I was going to delete the email, but it said all records would be deleted. I cannot find anything that says this information should be sent to a former member. HELP.
