Unable to change admin password on site

I have tried resetting my club's admin password ( whatexit.toastmastersclubs.org ) and each time I receive the email, I click on the link and follow the instructions. After I type in a proper password and click the save button I'm told that there are errors and I have been logged out. I am the website admin and need to be able to login to add new members. What am I doing wrong? Club number is 5124091 (What Exit? Toastmasters, District 83). Thank you!

1) your club is using an invalid contact emaill address at Toastmasters.org for the club contact

officers-5124091@toastmastersclubs.org can only be reached by club members.

2) The password you are entering must not be correct.

Thank you. I changed the contact email address at Toastmasters.org for the club contact. I also double checked that the password I'm entering meets the criteria listed. I am still receiving the logout message, however. What else could I be doing wrong?

I was able to log in as the site admin and as you without issue.
