Cannot log into one of my chapters

For club "Waco - Early Birds", chapter 3546, I have not been able to log in. I get the same message as some of the other people who have a similar problem, i.e., if I try to log in, I just see nothing happen, and if I try to change my password, I get an e-mail, but when I try to use the link I get told it is invalid. I do not have any problems with my other two clubs.

Received the e-mail and copy-pasted the following text

That gave me the same Create Your Password screen with the following message

There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (8OlmMeYNveMBS0oF3zFsfCZW7) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was used when clicked.

I have tried a complete shut down, wait an hour, and bring it up. No difference.

How to I cleanse the cookies for the club website ? Do I need to ask an officer to do so ? (I am Assistant Area Director, but am not an officer of that chapter). As I said, I have no problem with the other two chapters I am a member of.

The email links for password resets are only good for 1 click.
