Forgotten Admin Password

Hello,

I am trying to reset my admin password for the site, but the login key I'm sent for "Access for Forgotten Password" does not get me into the site as an admin -- it just brings me to the homepage to enter an admin password that I have forgotten. Please let me know how I can reset this password.

Please read the prompt at your site again.

It asks you to enter the new password 2 times

The login key sent to my email is not giving me an option to create a new password, so there is no opportunity to enter the new password twice. The link simply brings me to the public home page, and there is no prompt.
