Unable to login most of the time

Hi,
Me and my colleagues from Zagreb Club have trouble logging in to agenda in the last few weeks. After we enter username and password, page reloads and login window pops up again. Last time I managed to log in I used Edge browser because it didn't work in Chrome.
After I delete zagreb.toastmastersclubs.org cookies, I can log in. But obviously I shouldn't be doing that every time.

Did you accept the privacy policy at the top of the page?

I believe I did. Few times. But even if I didn't there should be some meaningful message instead of login window just popping again. Members think they got the wrong password and get frustrated.

Based on your other ticket does your name or password use any accented characters?
