Email Address Skipped on Members Distribution List

Member Milisa Houston is not receiving emails from the members distributions list. We get the notification that her email was "was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times." But emails do not bounce when we email her directly. Is there a way we can resolve this problem?

The Bounce Count for Email Address [milisa.houston@edd.ca.gov] has been reset to zero.

Seems there is an issue with one of the mail servers at her work.
