Good afternoon. For some reason the email for our member Mike Hambley (mike@hambley.me) has been blocked from email distributions. Outside of FTH we have no issues with sending emails to Mike.

We received the following message. If possible, please reset this condition.

mike@hambly.me was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information.

Your member's email processor is flagging email from FTH as spam. He needs to white list the 2 email addresses, server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org

Diagnostic Code: 550 5.7.1

Any emails returned to the server w/ diagnostic code 550's will be logged into the bounce log as a bounce and will be tracked... At some point, if the code detects repeated bounces, it will just stop trying to send emails to this email address.
