Two weeks ago I asked the same question.
I had the member try to reset password and IT DID NOT WORK. He is Treasurer for our club and cannot log into our club website at
3159.toastmastersclubs.org/
I guess I was not clear about that in the previous message.
Our member's name is Terry McCauley. His email is Terry McCauley <terrymcc1@yahoo.com>.
He says he is using the same desktop he has been using and all of the sudden his password and login are not working. I offered to go to his home to see the issue myself and he was not agreeable to that. I suggested he use the admin login to gain access to our site and he isnt agreeable to that either. I asked him to log in to this support site and to date, I dont see where he has done that.
If someone here can give me some additional ideas on how to support this member or is willing to reach out to him directly that would be awesome.
