Unable to Add New Member: Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail

I am trying to add a new member today (01/21/2020).

I get this error message: Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: hartzdesign@hotmail.com (One Advertised SMTP server permanently refused mail.)

I am using Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit version 1901 Build 18363.592
My browser is Chrome Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)

My club is Torchlighters Club 2942, torchlightersclub.toastmastersclubs.org/

I also see the error. Are you sure you have the correct address? I tried hartzdesigns@ and that worked.
