Cannot log into one of my chapters

BLT Toastmasters, #6584, blt.toastmastersclubs.org/

One of the members of the BLT club is having the same issue. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
I have no problem signing in using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. I have not heard of any issues from other members.

1) do not jump another thread your problem is not theirs

2) What error is the member getting?
What browser and version are they using?

3) Have they cleared their cache and cleared their cookies?
