Creating Folders in File Manager

Hello,

I have followed the instructions for creating folders in the File Manager area of our website, by adding "General Info" followed by a colon and space before files that I want to place in a folder called "General Info". When I save the changes, no folder is created. The attached screenshot shows the contents of our File Manager area with the modified names. Please advise me on what I am doing incorrect and how to correctly create file folders.

These are "virtual" folders - you'll only see them you open Public Downloads or Member Downloads from the menu.
Note that you have one of your General - Info files in the Members only area, but the rest are public. That won't do what you might expect. "Members Only" and "Public" are effectively separate directories
