I am the club admin for 6129, West Beaverton Toastmasters. ( 6129.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?mem...+eR25zGEak8+loggedin ) and have a long time member... (like from 2005!) who about 2 weeks ago suddenly was not able to log in to the club site. We have cleared her passwords on her mac and even gone so far as to delete her from the site and reinstate her... no luck at all. Please let us know what we should try next.

Thank you!

1) never delete a member you loose all their history
2) please use only 6129.toastmastersclubs.org/ as the book mark
3) if you want us to fix a member issue we need to know at least the members first name

Thank you Brian,

Her name is Gloria N. Yes, we knew we would lose her data and that was something we discussed before we did that.

I was able to log in as Gloria, without issue.
Have her clear her browser cache and cookies for toastmastersclubs.org

Depending on her browser she can remove the cookies by clicking on the lock beside the web address.

Gloria writes" Very sorry to say I get the same message as always and it will not allow me to reset my password. I have cleared all the TM passwords from my browser so at this point I don’t even know what password it thinks I am using. The password space just fills in with "dots” when I use my drop-down name…which it also makes me do. :-(

Is it possible that suddenly this website is not compatible with my computer? I am using macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6 AND, I can’t update because it will lose the programs I need to run my business.

Should I create a new Email address just for TM? Maybe if I could actually TALK to someone who could walk me thru this? I’m open to suggestions..."
