Contact Form Emails not delivered to all recipients

Hi,
We setup 3 recipients for the Contact Form (President, VPM, an other officer). Since recently, only the VPM gets emails from potential guests using the Contact Us form. Prior to that, emails were correctly redirected to the 3 officers.
I checked the configuration and it looks fine, the 3 recipients have all an active account.
How would I go about fixing this ? Can I access email server logs ?

You do not have contact-56@toastmastersclubs.org enabled for your club, so I suspect that you actually have the vpm address entered in Club Central for your Find A Club contact email address. Guests contact your club that way, also... remember that. If you had enabled the contact address and used that instead, everything would be consistent.
