Member can't send emails- CLUB 5631(5631.toastmastersclubs.org)

Hi Brian and SteveTheTechie,

It’s been a while. My club is Toastmasters club 5631, Torrance Chamber of Commerce ( 5631.toastmastersclubs.org ). Our president, YuMei Hom, can’t send her emails to our club (members-5631@toastmastersclubs.org). She has attempted numerous times but it’s not working. Her email address is her company email: yumei.hom@aig.com.

She noticed this issue yesterday morning 2/4/2020 and never had this issue before. Wondering if it’s FTH or her company’s email server.
Please let me know what to do.

Is that why it's not going through because it doesn't match?
What do you suggest she do?

talk to her email host, it has to match.
