My email address of himai@kc4.so-net.ne.jp in the club mailing list of members-3405@toastmastersclubs.org was still skipped due to the same reason before.

Your email provider has been bouncing emails sent to you through the FTH server. I've reset your bounce count, but if it happens again you'll need to check with your provider. The previous 4 bounces that locked you out were all on the same day, so hopefully a temporary glitch.

You need to have your email host whitelist server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
