Can I blacklist an IP address for email?

Hi, I need to backlist 31.207.44.135 as I am receiving spam from this address that is sent from multiple domains, so blocking one domain isn't helping. I can't see how to blacklist an IP address in the FTH settings.

1) You did not add @cryptoprov.com to your black list.

2) Where did you post the email address admin@huntingdonshirespeakers.co.uk? As that is what they are using to spam you.
