A long time member has been unable to log in to our club website for about a week. He has rebooted and cleared cache and cookies. I have attached the screen shot he sent me.

I logged into your site as Kris using MS edge and have no issues.
It has to be something on his computer or browser.
Ask him to try another browser like Chrome or FireFox and see it the issue stays.
