A long time member has been unable to log in to our club website for about a week. He has rebooted and cleared cache and cookies. I have attached the screen shot he sent me.

What Browser and version?
Did he click the reload link at the bottom of the site?

From the screen shot it looks like the system is hanging before it loads the reload link.

I logged into your site as Kris using MS edge and have no issues.
It has to be something on his computer or browser.
Ask him to try another browser like Chrome or FireFox and see it the issue stays.
