Some emails not getting to our VPPR

Hello
An email addressed directly to 'vppr-7957@toastmastersclubs.org' did not go to that officer. Yet he did received an email addressed to officers-7957@toastmastersclubs.org , though it actually went out 5 minutes later. We did double check the Private Member's Direction and verified that the VPPR's email address is correct. He also checked spam/junk folders and continuously refreshed for about 10 minutes or os. This occurred 2/13/2020 approx. 12:06 PST

We are just trying to make sure that communications sent from media, etc. to vppr-7957@toastmastersclubs.org are received by our current officer.

the first email to vppr-7957@toastmastersclubs.org never made it to the server, I only see the "test to vppr" from dannys2cents@gmail.com

Yes, that test message was the one I sent to our VPPR - that he didn't receive. Is there something I did wrong?
