Our club accepts credit card payments through Square and I'm trying to reset my password, but they can only send their reset password email to the registered account (treasurer-3352@toastmastersclubs.org). However, I'm not receiving the email from them (noreply@messaging.squareup.com). Is it possible the system is rejecting the email coming from that account and can this email address be whitelisted?

You white list it by adding to the black list exceptions box or the whitelist box in the email security section of the admin panel.

I've added the @messaging.squareup.com and @help-messaging.squareup.com domains to my whitelist as well as crowd-sourced blacklist exceptions.

I'm still not receiving emails through the treasurer-3352@toastmastersclubs.org email address. I receive them when they come from my personal email address that isn't even associated with my club's website.

I'm at a loss as to why these emails would still not be able to go through the system.

You will need to provide the IP addresses they use for authentication.
You can check the emails you receive to your personal email address.

I see IP addresses all over the header. Just what exactly am I looking for?
I appreciate your help.
