FTH crashed upon custom webpage creation, Jade FTH site won't open

Sunday March 1, 7:00am PST: I was adding a new custom HTML page to our FTH website jadeglobal.toastmastersclubs.org, the page wouldn't save but threw an error and gave a link to restart the server (I assumed this was the server of the local site). It was a simple page with text and a few links to Toastmaster International website and PDF logs for roles.

Since this page crashed, I closed it then trying to reopen, I'm getting this error:

Software error:
GetRowsAsArrays_DBI[IPADDRESSES](Callers=>main::verifysession>): Unable to execute query: [SELECT ACCEPTCOOKIES FROM IPADDRESSES WHERE CLUBNUMBER='5560506' and IPADDRESS='75.25.161.84' (Bind Values=)] Error=[Server shutdown in progress]
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
