Custom HTML pages crashed on FTH, site won't open

This morning 3/1/2020, I was creating a custom HTML webpage in the FTH custom pages using the Administrator login. I put in links to the Toastmasters International website and log PDFs. The page wouldn't save and threw an error (sorry I didn't take a screenshot at the time). The error said something about needing to restart the server. I closed the page and when I went to open it up again, the page won't open and now the error is "This site can’t be reached... jadeglobal.toastmastersclubs.org refused to connect."
