Our VPE Grant N has reported he's not receiving emails sent to officers@ and members@ since late last year, and his outbound emails are not going out either. I have verified his email address is correct

There are only 4 emails he should have received in the last month - 3 from basecamp and one addressed to members@manninghamtoastmasters.org. All of those show as successful. Ask him to check his junk mail.
There are no failed sent messages for the last month. Does he get an error message when he sends messages?
His email address seems fine.

your domain is not set up correctly to use FTH mail

Correction, it looks like he is receiving group emails but cannot send.
I just got Grant N to send a test email to officers@manninghamtoastmasters.org and it didn't go through (and no errors). Any ideas?

1) Your domain is not broadcasting any MX records, please correct. Some email server require MX records.
2) we have not received any email from gran N in last 4 weeks.
3) have him email officers-6780@toastmastersclubs.org and see what happens

Thanks Brain, you're right. The MX records weren't set up properly, perhaps for years!!
I think the instructions could be improved though. I had to look elsewhere to figure out what to put for "Host" and what the 10 meant. Attached my working setup (namecheap).
