Quarterly Option for Dues Renewal?

It appears that the dues renewal app only allows for Semi-Annual and Annual options to appear on the dues invoice. Our club does a quarterly cycle for our local dues. Is there a workaround that can allow the dues renewal item to appear (for example) like this: "1 | Quarterly dues renewal for Cherry Creek Toastmasters (03 Month Membership)"?
