Again, long time GOOD email address no longer being allowed through FTH

I am back again, unfortunately.
I posted this in the past

and thought that you had solved the problem.

This problem has recurred at theEPIC FAIL of times for us.

I have long been the Admin of he club website for almost all of the lats decade, actually.

And I am the company owner of webhost of my server using emails that your system is once again blocking. Under no circumstances am I spamming your site, as your reply to the previous thought.

Due to a crisis of che coronovirus matter, our club lost its venue the night before a meeting and I sent out an email to officers to plan a meeting using the FTH system. The FTH system failed. My email did not get to the officers in this crisis.

I sent an email from
TM@MarkHenkelSpeaker.com
to
officers-816@toastmastersclubs.org.
and it came back as failed mail.

My techs looked into the reports of the failed mail. They sent me this reply:

I have checked and it appears that the MX records for toastmastersclubs.org point to the IP 50.19.253.65.
This IP seems to be unreachable, the ping is not going through.
This would be the reason the emails do this domain do not work. I would suggest checking from their end to see why their IP is unreachable.

In the meantime, I am forced to train our members to stop trusting and replying on the FTH system so that we can work through the coronavirus crisis and make sure we still can keep a club to exist..

2) We are not blocking your mail server IP 67.227.221.50, in fact it is in our exception list to force allow. The rest of the datacenter remains blocked.

Yep, just tried that. Unfortunately, still nothing. It absolutely refused to respond both on and off the server.
