Email Domain Issue

Last November Brian helped with an issue where one of our member's email domain was being blocked. Post #77825. You said that the datacenter where he is hosted had spammed FTH, but you unblocked his domain, @josefmartens.com. He is now blocked again. Can you somehow whitelist that domain?

I am sure that Brian can unblock him, but he really should consider using another email address that is not going to get blocked. It is just not reasonable to expect us to forever accommodate problem email addresses in this way. We only have one server that everyone is using. We have to protect it.

We are not blocking his domain MX IP 192.185.118.174
If he is using another mail IP he will have to tell us.
