Email bounces cause by FHT e mailer

We have a member, president. His email domain address in FHT member management is @icloud.com and is correct.
When an agenda emailing is done his email is bounced as being bad. The error notice says the address is @1cloud.com.
Somehow in the sending of the email someone's system something is misreading his email on file in FTH. How do we fix this error.
This error seems to have began about 2-3 weeks ago.
