Blacklist email addresses

Walnut Creek Toastmasters, #8629, wctm.toastmastersclubs.org/

The club secretary can't send to the "officers" alias, and she gets a response suggesting she is on a blacklist. I've checked the email security setting on FTH and nobody is on the blacklist. Any ideas?

1) you have officers-8629@toastmastersclubs.org as your contact email, you do realize that ONLY club member can email officers-8629@toastmastersclubs.org

2) You need to setup and use the contact-nnnnnn email address for external contacts

3) Yes another club has black listed her email address. You need to goto the admin console >email Forms> email security and add her email to the black list EXCEPTIONS
