Email still blocked on both clubs

My email was removed due to a bouncing back issue on 3/31. I just attempted to send out an email through my other club's website and got a notice saying my email had been removed. Are both of my clubs affected by this? Please advise on how I need to remedy this issue.

You should be able to email you cox.net email address again.
