Our club President cannot send emails to the member list. When I logged into the Admin portal, I see the following:

Emails sent to the primary email address [ sbrm@comcast.net ] for Member Suzanne Barone, DTM have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.

This is her valid email address and I use it frequently. We have no idea why the bounces. Can you add her back to the database? sbrm@comcast.net is valid. Jay

Maybe I need clarification. Is it emails to sbrm@comcast.net that are bouncing or emails from that address being sent to bad email addresses? If it is the latter, then I need to look at our email list. She is club President for two clubs and sends lots of email. Jay

FTH got caught on a black list recently--some email systems would reject email as a result. I believe Brian resolved that.

Bounce count for sbrm@comcast.net has been reset.

You will need to re-add this email address via Membership Management.
