Cannot move video down to make room for more text on page

This may be an elementary issue (I searched for it, but couldn't find my issue). I am trying to simply move down a YouTube video on our website to make room for our club address. I had to add information to the top of our website about online zoom meeting and that image moved everything down...except the YouTube video. I don't know HTML very well - but, I looked up some codes. I tried those code, but the video still won't move. Can you help me, please

Brian, thanks for helping me. I still can't get all of the words to show that are in the HTML coding. I tried....now the video is gone...yet, it's still in the code. *sigh* Can you give me any guidance. Thank-you. I wish I knew how to use this platform better.
